塑料制品在我们的生活中的使用越来越多,成为人们生活不可或缺的一个组成部分。注射成型是生产塑料制品的主要手段之一。随着大量能源的消耗,节能化也就成为了当前注射机发展的一个重要方向。特别是中大型的注塑机,节能设计变得更加迫切。
Plastic products are used more and more in our life and become an indispensable part of people's life. Injection molding is one of the main means to produce plastic products. With the consumption of a large number of energy, energy saving has become an important direction of the development of injection machines. Especially for large and medium-sized injection molding machines, energy-saving design has become more urgent. The traditional hydraulic injection molding machine adopts the control mode of quantitative pump driven by ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor. In the process of production and operation of injection molding machine, there is a large amount of energy loss. Based on the control of variable pump and frequency converter, the intelligent energy-saving hydraulic injection molding machine in this paper monitors and controls the pressure, flow and reasonable optimization of the whole working process of the injection molding machine through the intelligent control system. Under the condition of guaranteeing the excellent operation performance of the machine, the effect of energy saving and noise reduction can be achieved to a great extent.
