摘要
为了分析便携式近红外光谱仪(MicroNIR)对无花果果实品质的建模效果,测试了成熟无花果的糖度、硬度等5项质构指标,建模方法采用偏最小二乘法回归。结果表明,MicroNIR结合遗传算法可以有效地预测无花果的糖度及质构特性。MicroNIR与遗传算法的结合在无花果品质鉴定方面有很大的应用潜力。
In order to analyze the modeling effect of portable near infrared spectroscopy on fig quality,five indexes such as brix and hardness of mature fig were tested. Modeling method is PLSR ( partial least square regression). The results show that MicroNIR combined with genetic algorithm can effectively predict the sugar content and texture characteristic of figs. The combination of MicroNIR and genetic algorithm has great application potential in fig quality identification.
