不同利用方式对红壤关键带孙家小流域土壤活性有机碳组分的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Land Use on the Soil Active Organic Carbon Fractions in the Red Soils at the Sunjia Red Soil Critical Zone Observatory(CZO)

摘要 活性有机碳(AOC)是评价土壤质量的重要指标,是土壤有机碳库的重要组成部分。研究以江西省鹰潭市余江县孙家小流域红壤关键带观测站为依托,采集了老稻田(old paddy,OP)(>200年)、新稻田(new paddy,NP)(<30年)、旱地(upland,U)(<20年)、橘园(orchard,O)(<30年)和林地(forest,F)(<30年)的表层土壤(0~15 cm)样本,分析了土壤总有机碳(TOC)、颗粒有机碳(POC)、易氧化有机碳(ROC)、水溶性有机碳(DOC)及微生物生物量碳(MBC)等活性有机碳组分的含量差异及春秋季变化,探讨了不同利用方式下关键带红壤中各形态活性有机碳组分的含量差异及其主要诱因。研究结果表明:红壤关键带中老稻田土壤TOC含量和密度及各组分活性碳含量均显著高于新稻田、旱地、橘园和林地;且只有稻田土壤DOC与旱地、橘园和林地土壤POC的春秋季变化差异显著。利用方式对土壤中各活性碳组分的存在比例影响差异显著,其中POC与ROC分别是稻田与旱地、橘园、林地土壤中所占比例最高的活性碳组分;而DOC则是所占比例最低的活性有机碳组分。相关性分析表明,不同利用方式红壤中DOC、MBC、ROC、POC与TOC之间均具有极显著的正相关关系。 Active organic carbon(AOC)is the important part of soil organic carbon pool and the key index of soil quality evaluation. In this study,30 surface soil(0~15 cm)samples were collected from the old paddy fields(OP,>200 years),new paddy fields(NP,<30 years),upland(U,<20 years),orchard(O,<30 years)and forest(F,<30 years)at the Sunjia Red Soil Critical Zone Observatory(CZO),Yingtan,Jiangxi Province of China. The content differences and the changes in the soil total organic carbon(TOC),particulate organic carbon(POC),readily oxidized organic carbon(ROC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)of those tested soils in spring and autumn were analyzed in the lab,and the content differences and their causes of AOC in the red soils under different land use patterns were also discussed.The results showed that the TOC content and its density of paddy soil in the CZO were significant higher than that of new paddy,upland,forest and orchard,only the DOC of paddy soil and the POC in upland,orchard and forest were significantly different in spring and autumn. There were significant differences in the proportion of the active carbon components under different land use patterns. The POC and ROC were the active carbon components with the highest proportion in the paddy upland,orchard and forest,while the DOC took up the lowest proportion of the active carbon components.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlationships between DOC,MBC,ROC,POC and TOC in the tested soils under different land use patterns.
