摘要
目的了解大连地区淋球菌分离株对庆大霉素的敏感性状况。方法选取2016-2018年大连市疾病预防中心收集的120株淋球菌分离株,采用琼脂稀释法测定庆大霉素对淋球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果120株淋球菌中未发现对庆大霉素耐药的分离株,其中103株(85.8%)对庆大霉素敏感(MIC≤4mg/L),17株(14.2%)对庆大霉素中敏(MIC=8mg/L)。结论大连地区淋球菌分离株对庆大霉素的敏感性较高。
Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to gentamicin in Dalian. Methods A total of 120 isolates were collected from patients with gonococcal infections in Dalian CDC from 2016 to 2018.Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of gentamicin in Neisseria gonorrhoeae were determined by the agar dilution method.Results No gentamicin-resistant isolates were found in 120 strains,of which 103 strains (85.8%) were susceptible to gentamicin (MIC≤4 mg/L),and 17 strains (14.2%) were intermediate susceptible (MIC=8 mg/L). Conclusions The gonococcal isolates in Dalian have high antimicrobial susceptibility to gentamicin.
