摘要
抗菌药物在淋病的治疗中发挥着重要作用,淋病奈瑟球菌(淋球菌)对抗菌药物易产生敏感性降低及耐药等问题。为了解淋球菌耐药谱的变化,掌握耐药菌株的流行趋势,及时调整淋病治疗方案,本文综述了全球范围内主要淋球菌耐药性监测网络的研究进展以及近年药敏监测趋势。
Antimicrobials play a vital role in the treatment of gonorrhea.However,the drug application causes decreased susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and the prevalence of resistant strains.In order to understand the changes of drug resistance spectrum,grasp the epidemic trend of drug-resistant strains,and timely adjust the treatment guidelines,the major gonococcal antimicrobial surveillance programs and antimicrobial susceptibilities in recent years are reviewed in this article.
