摘要
面对煤炭清洁高效利用和现阶段电网的调度方式,汽包炉机组协调系统的控制性能还远未达到实际需求。从实际工程应用出发,在考虑汽包炉机组动态特性的基础上,以阶梯式预测控制算法为核心,融合传统的前馈控制和解耦控制理念,提出一种基于阶梯式预测控制的汽包炉机组协调系统优化控制方案。结果表明:与传统DEB400直接能量平衡控制相比,该方案减少了主蒸汽压力的波动,能够大幅提升汽包炉机组协调系统的控制性能,从而更好地保证了机组的安全、稳定、经济、灵活运行。
Faced with the clean and efficient use of coal and the dispatching methods of the power grid at present, the control performance of the drum boiler unit’s coordination system is still far from the actual demand. This paper started from the practical engineering application, considered the dynamic characteristics of drum boiler units, and took the stair-like predictive control algorithm as the core, integrated the traditional feedforward control and decoupling control concepts, and proposed an intelligent optimal control scheme of a drum boiler unit’s coordinated system based on stair-like generalized predictive control. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional DEB400 direct energy balance control, this scheme reduces the fluctuation of the main steam pressure, and greatly improves the control performance of the drum boiler unit’s coordination system, so as to better ensure the safe, stable, economical, flexible operation of the unit.
