摘要
地下车库建设成本在整个建筑物的建设成本中占据较高的比例,为研究不同设计方案对地下车库建设成本的影响程度,本文对南方某城市地质条件较为复杂的临河居住小区地下车库的竖向设计提出三种设计方案,分别从降水、抗浮设计、基坑支护、土方开挖、结构成本、土方回填等方面来分析最终的建设成本,阐述了不同设计方案的特点与工程建设成本之间的关联性,并通过对比分析得出该工程地下车库最为经济的设计方案,在满足规划设计所要求的车位数量的前提下,取得了良好的经济效益,最终达到了合理优化成本的目的。
Underground parking cost occupies a high proportion in the total construction cost, in order to study the influence of different design schemes on underground parking cost, the author proposes three design schemes regarding on vertical design of underground parking of the riverside residential building which is under complex geological conditions in south city of China.The final construction cost is analyzed by the three design schemes from the aspects of dewatering, anti-floating design, foundation pit support, earth excavation, structure cost, earthwork backfill, etc., and the relevance of different design characteristics and construction cost is expounded.Complying with design requirements in respect of numbers of underground parking, the author concludes the most economical scheme, achieving reasonable cost optimization and good economic benefit.
