摘要
斜拉桥索塔临时对撑结构是在上下横梁未施工前,且塔肢悬臂段较长的情况下,设置的一种加强塔肢强度与稳定性的结构。本文结合西江特大桥跨西江600m斜拉桥索塔施工的实况,从临时对撑设置位豊、结构形式等方面总结出临时对撑位置设计时应充分考虑索塔自身刚度能达到的悬臂高度和爬模结构高度,以保证临时对撑能够准时、准确安装,同时需在临时对撑各个施工阶段,应对索塔应力及线形进行监测,保证索塔的施工质量,并设计了施工操作平台,保障施工安全。可为类似工程提供参考。
The temporary bracing structure of cable-stayed bridge tower is a structure which strengthens the strength and stability of the tower limb under the condition that the upper and lower beams are not constructed and the cantilever section of the tower limb is longer.In combination with the construction of the cable tower of the 600 m cable-stayed bridge across the Xijiang River, the author summarizes the cantilever height and the height of the jumping formwork structure which should be fully considered in the design of the temporary bracing position from the aspects of the temporary bracing setting position and the structure form, so as to ensure that the temporary bracing can be installed on time and accurately.At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the stress and linearity of the tower in the temporary support of each construction stage, for the purpose of ensuring the construction quality of the tower, and designing the construction operation platform to ensure the construction safety.It could provide reference for similar projects.
