摘要
当前,软弱围岩隧道施工工法,一般设计施工方案为CD或CRD法施工,施工程序复杂,施工过程中围岩多次受到扰动,变形和沉降量均较大,施工安全风险大。为此,很多工程建设者都在尝试通过物理、化学手段来改良隧道围岩性质,提高围岩等级,达到优化施工工法、加快施工进度的目的。本文也是基于这种施工理念的一种尝试和创新,针对软弱围岩隧道采用的中管棚锁脚台阶法,通过注浆、锁脚锚杆等措施的组合使用,将复杂施工工法简化为上下台阶或三台阶法施工,进而提升工效。该工法目前已在多个隧道施工项目得到了成功应用,均取得了较好的应用效果。
At present, CD or CRD methods are the general design construction schemes for the weak surrounding rock tunnels.With complex construction procedure and frequent disturbance of surrounding rock during construction, large deformation and settlement and high risk of construction safety are caused.In view of the above, many engineering builders are trying to improve the surrounding rock properties and raise the grade of surrounding rock of tunnels by physical and chemical means, for the purpose of optimizing the construction method and speeding up the construction progress.This paper is also an attempt and innovation based on this construction concept.Aimed at the bench method composed with middle-size pipe shed and foot-locked rods used in weak surrounding rock tunnel, the complex construction method is simplified to the upper-lower benching tunnelling method or three-bench method for the construction to improve the work efficiency in combination with grouting, locking anchor and other measures.So far, the method has been successfully applied in many tunnel construction projects, and has achieved good application results.
