摘要
目的探讨加味痛泻要方配合中药蒸脐疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法从2016年5月—2018年7月门诊或住院的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者中选82例为观察样本,利用随机数字表法,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予传统加味痛泻要方治疗,治疗组给于加味痛泻要方联合中药蒸脐疗法。对2组患者疗效、症状评分及酪神经肽(NPY)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的水平进行比较。结果治疗组疗效总有效率为80.49%(33/41),高于对照组的63.41%(26/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组给予中药蒸脐疗法后NPY高于对照组,5-HT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组给予中药蒸脐疗法治疗后,大便性状、腹胀、腹痛等评分改善明显较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味痛泻要方联合中药蒸脐疗法,对于腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效与传统加味痛泻要方治疗相比更为优越,可有效缓解患者痛苦,改善患者病情,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Tongxie recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine steaming umbilical on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods From May 2016 to July 2018,82 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in our hospital were selected as observation samples.The patients were divided into treatment group of 41 cases and control group of 41 cases by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional modified Tongxie recipe,while the treatment group was treated with modified Tongxie recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical steaming therapy.The curative effect,symptom score and levels of casein neuropeptide(NPY)and serotonin(5-HT)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.49%,which was higher than 63.41%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NPY of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,5-HT of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of stool character,abdominal distension and abdominal pain of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tongxie recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine steaming umbilical on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has better than therapeutic effect.It can effectively relieve patients'pain and improve patients'condition.It is suitable for clinical use.
