摘要 在我国经济快速发展的时代背景下,市场人才紧缺,加强应用型人才的培养、促进我国教育的多样化发展和人才技能的进步是发展的关键。本文就食品化学课程教学的应用型人才的培养现状进行讨论,然后对食品化学在理论和实验教学中存在的问题进行研究分析,根据分析结果提出食品化学课程应用型人才培养的教学改革策略。 Under the background of China’s rapid economic development, the market talent shortage, strengthen the training of applied talents, promote the diversified development of our country’s education and the progress of talent skills is the key to development. This paper discussed the present situation of the cultivation of applied talents in the course of food chemistry teaching, and then analyzed the problems existing in the theoretical and experimental teaching of food chemistry, and put forward the reform strategies of the cultivation of applied talents in the course of food chemistry according to the analysis results.
