摘要
随着我国科技水平的提高,在食品微生物检测过程中,快速检测技术得到了较为广泛的应用,并发挥出了应有的价值。近年来,食品安全问题频繁出现,已经造成了社会恐慌。食品安全检测部门应予以更多的重视,加大对食品质量的监督与管理力度,合理使用各种快速检测方法及时发现食品中的隐患问题,并采取相应的措施进行整治。就目前而言,我国已经研发出了多种快速检测技术,如:免疫学技术、分析生物学技术等,为食品安全检测人员提供了更多的帮助。
With the improvement of China’s scientific and technological level, in the process of detecting food microorganisms, the rapid detection technology has been widely used and exerted its due value. In recent years, frequent food safety problems have caused social panic. The food safety testing department should pay more attention to it, increase the supervision and management of food quality, use various rapid testing methods to detect hidden dangers in food in a timely manner, and take corresponding measures to rectify. At present, China has developed a variety of rapid detection technologies, such as immunology technology, analytical biology technology, etc., to provide more help for food safety inspectors.
