摘要
食品安全问题一直受到社会和国家的重视,食品质量检测人员在对食品进行安全检测时应该做好每一步的检查工作,对人民群众的身体健康负责。本文主要阐述了影响食品检验准确性的因素,同时对怎样提高食品检验准确性提出了一些实质性建议,希望可以进一步提高食品检验的准确性。
The problem of food safety has always been paid attention by the society and the country, so food quality inspectors should carefully do a good job in every step of the inspection when carrying out safety inspection on food. Only in this way can they be responsible for the health of the people. This paper mainly expounded the influencing factors of food inspection accuracy, and put forward some substantive suggestions on how to improve the accuracy of food inspection, hoping to further improve the accuracy of food inspection.
