摘要
食品安全以及环境保护是关系到民生大计的重要工作。表面分子印迹技术在实践中应用具有选择性较强的优势,其结合速度也相对较高,在食品以及环境检测中的应用效果显著。现阶段可以通过各种技术手段进行痕量检测分析,这些检测方式较为精准,但是在操作中对样品处理的要求较为严格,其步骤相对较为繁多,在检测中还存在一些问题与不足。表面分子印迹技术是一种在载体表面上进行聚合反应的分析技术,有效弥补了传统检测技术的问题与不足,提升了应用效率,效果显著。基于此,文章主要对表面分子印迹技术在食品和环境痕量检测中的运用进行了简单的分析论述。
Food safety and environmental protection are important tasks related to people’s livelihood. The surface molecular imprinting technique has the advantage of strong recognition selectivity in practice, and its binding speed is relatively high, and the application effect is remarkable in food and environmental detection. At this stage, trace detection and analysis can be carried out by various technical means. These detection methods are more precise, but the sample processing is stricter in operation, and the steps are relatively complicated, and there are still some problems and deficiencies in the detection. The surface molecular imprinting technique is a kind of polymerization reaction on the surface of the carrier, which effectively reduces the conventional problems and deficiencies, improves the application efficiency, and has remarkable effects. Based on this, the paper mainly analyzes the application of surface molecular imprinting technology in food and environmental trace detection.
