摘要
柴油机采用轻量化设计,是提高燃烧效率、改善排放、降低整车油耗的有效措施之一。JX4D20柴油机采用了小排量、VGT增压器,低密度的材料、紧凑的零部件结构、集成与模块化等轻量化设计技术,提高了发动机的动力性能,燃油消耗达到第3阶段乘用车燃料消耗量标准,废气排放达到了轻型车国V排放标准。与同排量同类机型比较,降低质量约15kg,占整车降低质量的比例约16%,发动机轻量化对油耗的贡献达1.5%;实现了升功率达到51.5kW/L,升扭矩达到180N·m/L的动力目标。
The lightweight design of diesel engine is one of the effective measures to improve combustion efficiency, emissions and reduce vehicle fuel consumption. For JX4D20 diesel engine, small displacement, VGT supercharger, low density material, compact component structure , integrated and modularized design technology were adopted, by which engine dynamic performance was improved, fuel consumption reached third phase passenger vehicle fuel consumption standard, exhaust emission reached the national V emission standard of light vehicle. Compared with same displacement models, the weight reduction was about 15 kg, which accounted for about 16% of the vehicle weight reduction . The contribution of engine lightweight to fuel consumption was 1.5%. A power target with a power up to 51.5 kW/L and a torque up to 180 N·m/L was achieved.
