摘要
目的:探讨重症监护室患儿呼吸机护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法:本研究纳入2017年12月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的72例重症监护室患儿,根据盲选方法将其随机分为参照组(n=36)和研究组(n=36)。参照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组患儿的护理效果和家长满意度。结果:研究组患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿呼吸机通气时间和住院时间均明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长护理满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护室患儿呼吸机护理中实施舒适护理能够降低患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,缩短患儿机通气时间和住院时间,同时还可以提高家长满意度,值得临床借鉴和应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in ventilator nursing for children in intensive care unit.Method:A total of 72 children in intensive care unit admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into reference group(n=36) and research group(n=36) according to the blind selection method.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given comfortable nursing on this basis.The nursing effect and parents’ satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the research group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Ventilator ventilation time and hospitalization time in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the research group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,shorten the ventilation time and hospitalization time of children in intensive care unit,and improve the satisfaction of parents.It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
