临床护理人员科研能力现况及改善策略研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨临床护理人员科研能力现况以及相关改善策略。方法将本院228 例护理人员纳入研究,分析护理人员的科研能力现况,并探讨相应的改善策略。结果 20 ~ 39 岁组计算机操作知识得分高于40 岁及以上组,P < 0.05;但各个年龄组其他各项指标对比无明显差异,P > 0.05。本科及以上组各项指标均高于大专组、中专组,P < 0.05;大专组各项指标均高于中专组,P < 0.05。主管护师组论文写作知识、科研基础知识以及总分高于护师组、护士组,P < 0.05;护师组论文写作知识、科研基础知识以及总分高于护士组,P < 0.05。结论临床护理人员科研能力普遍水平较低,临床中应完善相应管理体系,重视对护理人员的培训教育,从而加强护理人员的科研能力,促进护理学的不断发展。 Objective To explore the current status of clinical nursing staff's research capabilities and related improvement strategies. Methods 228 nursing staff from the hospital were included in the study to analyze the current status of nursing staff's scientific research capabilities and to explore corresponding improvement strategies. Results The computer operation knowledge scores of the 20~39 years old group were higher than those of the 40 years old and above group, P < 0.05. However, there was no significant difference in other indicators among the age groups, P > 0.05. The indicators of undergraduate and above group were higher than the junior college and secondary school group, P < 0.05;the indicators of the college group were higher than the secondary school group, P < 0.05. Scientific research basic knowledge and total score were higher than the nurse group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The clinical research ability of clinical nursing staff is low. In clinical, the corresponding management system should be improved, and the training and nursing of nursing staff should be emphasized.
