摘要
为顺利接轨眼科临床工作,提高专业技术水平及医疗质量,我院眼科实施了眼科住院医师二阶段规范化培训统筹管理:以临床技能培训为重点,结合临床科研能力培养、医患沟通能力锻炼、医德医风培养,采用阶段性积分汇总制对住院医师进行最终考核。统筹管理有效地提升了医师总体临床技能水平,激发了医师主动更新理论知识的热情,培养了医师临床科研思维,并更好的应用于临床工作,提升业务能力。扎实的基本功及临床操作能力增强了住院医师工作的自信心,提高了医患沟通技巧,良好的医德医风获得患者一致好评。
In order to adapt to ophtahlmological clinical work and to improve the clinical skills and medical quality, integrated mannagement was designed by department of ophthalmology in our hospital. Focsing on clinical skills training, combined with the cultivation of clinical scientific research ability, the training of doctor-patient communication ability and the cultivation of medical ethics, the final assessment of residents is carried out by using the stage integral summary system. The overall clinical skill level of residents was effectively improved while the enthusiasm of doctors to renew their theoretical knowledge and to improve clinical scientific research thinking were stimulated after integrated mannagement. All of these are better applied to clinical work and improving professional ability. Resident confidence was enhanced by solid basic and clinical skills, which improved doctor-patient communication skills as well. Finally, good medical ethics and services has been very well received from patients.
