微创高速涡轮机法与传统凿骨劈冠法在下颌阻生智齿中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较微创高速涡轮机法与传统凿骨劈冠法在下颌阻生智齿中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的300例下颌阻生智齿患者按治疗方案分为对照组(传统凿骨劈冠法)与观察组(微创高速涡轮机法),各150例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组拔牙完整率显著高于对照组,张口受限度为0度的患者占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7d,两组患者MDAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3d,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中、术后并发症总发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创高速涡轮机法治疗下颌阻生智齿的效果显著,疼痛较轻,且安全性高。 Objective To compare the application effect of minimally invasive high speed turbine method and traditional chisel and split crown method in impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. Methods A total of 300 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth admitted in our hospital were divided into control group (traditional chisel and split crown method) and observation group (minimally invasive high speed turbine method) according to the treatment plans, with 150 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The intact rate of tooth extraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of patients whose mouth opening limit was 0 degree was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). At seven days after operation, the MDAS scores of both groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). At three days after operation, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidences of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive high speed turbine method is effective in the treatment of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth, with less pain and high safety.
