摘要
针对行人保护功能的雨刮器轴座的断裂力进行深入研究,根据影响断裂力的相关参数建立了不同的仿真模型,在Ansys中对比了不同参数在相同变化率下对应的断裂力的影响,以及研究了不同H/h值对应的断裂力值影响规律。根据研究结果,按照客户提出的行人保护断裂力要求,对某项目的零件进行重新设计,并通过实验进行了验证。
In this paper, the fracture force of wiper shaft seat with pedestrian protection function is deeply studied, and the different simulation models are established according to the relevant parameters affecting fracture force. Influences of different parameters on the breaking force with the same change rate are compared in the Ansys, and the change law of fracture force value corresponding to different H/h values is studied. Based on the study results, the pivot housing part is redesigned according to the customer’s requirements of pedestrian protection breaking force;and then the results are verified by the breaking force tests.
