摘要
根据第五届全国大学生工程实训大赛的要求,设计并制作基于槽凸轮结构的"环S形"无碳小车。根据规划的无碳小车理论轨迹,对小车的传动机构和转向机构进行了设计和参数计算,得出了小车的运动方程,结合SolidWorks中的Motion分析对小车运动轨迹进行仿真,并对槽凸轮等关键参数进行优化。最终确定此方案可行性,有着提升大学生动手能力、工程实践能力,培养学生创新意识及团队协作精神的意义。
According to the requirements of the 5 th National College Students Engineering Training Competition, a "ring S-shaped" carbon-free car based on grooved cam structure is designed and manufactured in this paper. According to the planned theoretical trajectory of the car, the transmission mechanism and steering mechanism of the car are designed and parameters are calculated. The motion equation of the car is then obtained. The trajectory of the car is simulated with the Motion analysis in Solid Works, and the key parameters such as the slot cam are optimized. Finally, the feasibility of this scheme is determined, which has the significance of improving students′ practical ability and engineering practice ability, and cultivating students′ innovative consciousness and team spirit.
