摘要
本文分析了某合成氨厂的天然气制合成气的工艺流程及生产状况。根据能源存在形式和存量情况,就其中的天然气制气和脱碳MDEA工艺进行分析,结合实际现场的用能情况,对天然气压差能发电和空调冷冻制冷水、脱碳MDEA溶液水力压差能回收利用,以及余热蒸汽复温天然气提高热值等利用方式进行了设计计算,以实现生产的节能与高效。
This paper analyses the process flow and production status of natural gas to Syngas in a synthetic ammonia plant,and explores the existing recyclable energy sources.According to the existing form and stock of energy,the process of natural gas production and decarbonization MDEA is analyzed.Combined with the actual energy consumption on site,the utilization modes of natural gas pressure differential energy generation and air conditioning refrigeration water,decarbonization MDEA solution hydraulic pressure differential energy recovery and utilization,and waste heat steam rewarming natural gas to increase calorific value are discussed.The design calculation is carried out to realize energy saving and high efficiency in production.
