摘要
纳布啡是一种强效镇痛剂,是阿片类受体激动-拮抗剂,有较强的κ受体激动和μ受体拮抗作用。其在国外的临床应用已有近半个世纪,对急慢性疼痛的治疗、临床麻醉、拮抗μ受体不良反应等方面都有所报道。纳布啡于2015年才在国内上市,其临床应用也有报道,笔者主要对纳布啡的国内外相关文献报道进行总结,旨在为今后的临床应用提供参考。
Nalbuphine is a potent analgesic and a opioid receptor agonist-antagonist,having strong kappa receptor activation and mu receptor antagonism. Nalbuphine had a clinical application history of nearly half a century abroad. It's all reported in the therapy of acute and chronic pain,clinical anesthesia and antagonistic effects of mu receptor.Nalbuphine was listed at home in 2015,having some reports about clinical application. This paper mainly summarizes the related literature reports on nalbuphine at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for clinical application in the future.
