基于热成像和AIS技术的船舶抓拍系统

摘要 近些年内河船舶数量快速增长,航道通航密度越来越大,各地相继出现了交通违法增多、安全事故频发、通航秩序混乱的问题。目前水上监管手段智能化不足,主要依赖人工进行视频监控电子巡航、船舶违法抓拍截图。根据实际需求,文中设计并实现了一种利用热成像视频分析和AIS实现对过往船舶的抓拍与身份识别系统,有效解决水上交通监管智能程度不高、执法人员力量不足、空档管理缺位等问题。系统应用结果表明,在船舶抓拍率、身份识别率和图片清晰度方面表现优异,能很好的满足海事部门的日常监管需要。 In recent years,the number of inland ships has increased rapidly,and the navigation density of waterways has increased.There have been increasing traffic violations,frequent safety accidents and chaotic navigation order in various places.At present,the intellectualization of water supervision means is insufficient,which mainly relies on manual video surveillance,electronic cruise and illegal snapshot of ships.According to actual demand,an automatic capturing and identification system for passing ships using thermal imaging video analysis and AIS is designed and implemented to effectively solve the problem of low level of intelligence in water traffic supervision,insufficient strength of law enforcement personnel,and lack of gap management.The system application results show that the performance of ship capture rate,identity recognition rate and image clarity is excellent,and can meet the daily supervision needs of the maritime department.
