摘要
目的探讨交流效果促进法(PACE)在轻中度失语症患者中的应用。方法前瞻性选取2014年1月至2015年1月中国康复研究中心北京博爱医院听力语言科收治的12例脑血管病伴轻中度失语症患者,采用PACE进行语言训练4周,并在治疗前后使用汉语失语成套测验(ABC)和交流效果评分进行分析比较。结果训练4周后,12例失语患者理解得分由(8. 07±1. 39)分提高至(8. 21±1. 29)分,命名得分由(5. 79±2. 30)分提高至(7. 32±1. 37)分,失语商由(58. 50±13. 95)分提高至(65. 17±12. 86)分,交流效果评分由(20. 08±5. 78)分提高至(34. 17±4. 91)分,其中命名、失语商及交流效果评分的提高均具有显著的统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于轻中度失语症患者来说,PACE是一种非常实用的训练治疗方法,可以有效提高患者命名及交流能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of Promoting Aphasic’s Communication Eff ectiveness( PACE) on moderate to mild aphasia. Methods 12 patients with cerebral vascular disease and moderate to mild aphasia were recruited at Hearing and Language Department in Beijing Boai Hospital,China rehabilitation Research Center from January 2014 to January 2015. All the patients were treated with the methods of promoting aphasics communication effectiveness( PACE). The Aphasia Battery of Chinese and communication effects assessment of PACE were implemented before and after treatment phase,and then the curative effects were analyzed. Results The comprehension score of 12 patients with aphasia increased from( 8. 07 ± 1. 39) points to( 8. 21 ± 1. 29) points,and the confronting naming score from( 5. 79 ± 2. 30) points to( 7. 32 ± 1. 37) points,aphasia quotient from( 58. 50 ± 13. 95) points to( 65. 17 ± 12. 86) points,the communication effects score from( 20. 08 ± 5. 78) points to( 34. 17 ±4. 91) points,all of which have significant statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of PACE is effective to improve the naming and communication ability of patients with moderate to mild aphasia,and can be widely popularized in speech therapy on aphasic patients.
