摘要
目的探讨“全程-学业-岗位”三导师制在高职高专康复治疗学专业实习教学中的构建和应用效果。方法选择2016年5月~2018年5月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院实习的60名康复治疗学专业大专生,2016级30名实习生为对照组,采用传统的“岗位”导师带教模式,2017级30名实习生作为实验组,采用“全程-学业-岗位”三导师带教模式,比较两组实习生专业能力、评判性思维能力和实习生对教学模式的评价。结果实习结束时,实验组专业考核成绩高于对照组[(77.91±6.18)分vs(66.11±5.66)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组评判性思维能力总分高于对照组[(302.91±14.33)分vs(277.42±9.96)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习生对“全程-学业-岗位”三导师制教学模式的认可程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“全程-学业-岗位”三导师教学模式效果显著,不仅能有效提高实习生的专业水平和评判性思维能力,而且还能促进导师全面发展,催化教学相长,从而提高带教质量,可用于高职高专康复治疗专业实习教学中。
Objective To explore the construction and application effect of the"full coursestudy-post"three-tutor system in the practice teaching of rehabilitation therapy in higher vocational colleges.Methods From May 2016 to May 2018,60 intensive rehabilitation majors were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The 30 interns in 2016 were the control group,using the traditional"post"tutor teaching mode.As an experimental group,30 interns of 2017 class used the"full course-study-post"three-teacher teaching mode to compare the professional ability,critical thinking ability and intern's evaluation of the teaching mode of the two groups of interns.Results At the end of the internship,the professional examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(77.91±6.18)points vs.(66.11±5.66)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of critical thinking ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(302.91±14.33)points vs(277.42±9.96)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intern's recognition of the"full course-study-post"three-tutor teaching model was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"full course-study-post"three-mentor teaching mode has a significant effect,which not only can effectively improve the professional level and critical thinking ability of the interns,but also promote the comprehensive development of the tutors,catalyze the teaching and learning,thus improve the quality of teaching,and can be used for high Vocational teaching in the vocational rehabilitation teaching.
