摘要
体外预应力加固技术可以有效提升铁路抢修钢梁器材的承载能力和竖向刚度,但实际抢修中复杂的工况可能对加固效果产生一定的影响。本文以32 m跨双层六四式铁路军用梁为研究对象,提出设有撑杆的折线形加固方案,从受力状况和竖向挠度2个方面,分析了预应力、荷载和撑杆长度3种因素对六四式铁路军用梁加固效果的影响。结果表明:增大预应力可使六四式铁路军用梁的弦杆应力和跨中竖向挠度明显减小,但应力和挠度的下降速率也随之减小;荷载的变化可明显影响弦杆应力和竖向挠度的大小,但对应力和挠度随预应力的变化规律影响很小;增大撑杆长度可明显提升六四式铁路军用梁的承载能力和竖向刚度。
The external prestressing reinforcement technology can effectively improve the bearing capacity and vertical stiffness of the railway emergency repair steel beam equipment,nevertheless,the complex condition may affect the effect of reinforcement. The 32 m-span double-deck 64-type railway military beam was taken as the research object in this paper,and the folded-line reinforcement scheme with braces was proposed. According to the stress state and vertical deflection,the influence of prestress,load and length of brace on the reinforcement effect of the beam were analyzed.The results showthat the increase of prestress may decrease the stress of chord member and vertical deflection in mid-span of the 64-type railway military beam obviously,but the descending rate of stress and vertical deflection with prestress also gradually decrease.The change of load can obviously affect the stress of chord member and vertical deflection,but it has little effect on the change of stress and deflection with prestress. The bearing capacity and vertical stiffness of the 64-type railway military beam can be significantly improved by increasing the length of the brace.
