木霉菌Tr61桑叶发酵产物对辣椒种子萌发及幼苗生长的促进作用 被引量:1

摘要 为拮抗木霉菌生物有机肥的研发应用及合理利用过剩桑叶提供理论依据,采用双因素试验探究以桑叶为原料的木霉菌Tr61发酵产物对辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:辣研2号种子的抽滤灭菌木霉桑叶发酵物浸提液(MTF)和高压灭菌木霉桑叶发酵物浸提液(MTH)处理与清水对照(CK1)相比,发芽率和发芽势差异不显著,发芽指数差异显著,分别比CK1提高11.00%和12.61%;抽滤灭菌木霉发酵液(TF)处理发芽势和发芽指数显著降低,与其他各处理间差异显著;MTF和MTH处理与CK1比,胚轴长分别提高44.00%和16.10%,胚根长分别提高84.00%和64.06%,胚根长/胚轴长分别高29.00%和46.13%。茄门甜椒种子各处理的萌发指标差异不显著。育苗基质+木霉菌桑叶发酵物(W∶W=10∶1)处理茄门甜椒和辣研2号的成苗率分别较纯育苗基质(CK2)下降23.42%和24.54%;育苗基质+木霉菌桑叶发酵物(W∶W=10∶1)处理辣研2号的茎粗、株高和根长分别较CK2提高30.89%、58.72%和33.06%,差异显著;茄门甜椒的茎粗和株高分别较CK2提高11.59%和61.90%,根长下降39.62%,差异显著。以桑叶粉为原料的木霉菌发酵产物对辣椒种子萌发指标影响不大,对辣椒初期生长具有促进作用,对增加主干直径、株高、根长作用明显。 The effects of Trichoderma Tr61 fermentation product from mulberry leaves on seed germination and seedling growth of pepper were explored by two-factor experiment to provide the theoretical basis for research,application and rational utilization of antagonistic Trichoderma bio-organic fertilizer.Result:The germination index of Layan 2 seeds treated with the extract solution of Trichoderma+mulberry leaf fermentation broth sterilized by extraction filtration(MTF)and extract solution of Trichoderma+mulberry leaf fermentation broth sterilized by high temperature and high pressure(MTH)is 11.00%and 12.61%higher than CK 1(clear water)respectively and there is no obvious differences in germination rate and germination vigor among MTH,MTF and CK 1.The germination vigor and germination index of Layan 2 seeds treated with Trichoderma fermentation liquid sterilized by extraction filtration(TF)reduces significantly and there is a significant difference in germination vigor among different treatments.The hypocotyl length of Layan 2 seeds treated with MTF and MTH is 44.00%and 16.10%higher than CK 1 respectively.The radicle length of Layan 2 seeds treated with MTF and MTH is 84.00%and 64.06%higher than CK 1 respectively.The radicle length/hypocotyl length ratio of Layan 2 seeds treated with MTF and MTH is 29.00%and 46.13%higher than CK 1 separately.There is no significant difference in germination index of sweet pepper seeds among different treatments.The seedling rate of sweet pepper and Layan 2 seeds treated with nursery substrate+Trichoderma mulberry leaf fermentation(W∶W=10∶1)decreases by 23.42%and 24.54%compared with CK 2 respectively.The stem diameter,height and root length of Layan 2 seeds treated with nursery substrate+Trichoderma mulberry leaf fermentation(W∶W=10∶1)increase by 30.89%,58.72%and 33.06%compared with CK 2 separately.The stem diameter and height of sweet pepper seeds treated with nursery substrate+Trichoderma mulberry leaf fermentation(W∶W=10∶1)is 11.59%and 61.90%higher than CK 2 respectively but the root length is 39.62%lower than CK 2.The Trichoderma fermentation product from mulberry leaves has no obvious effects on germination indexes of pepper seeds,a promotion effect on growth of pepper seedlings at early growth stage and significant effects on increase of main stem diameter,height and root length of pepper seedlings.
