摘要
目的观察温阳益气活血汤配合心脉隆治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及对患者血清B型利钠肽(BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月期间在西安交通大学医学部附属三二〇一医院接受治疗的66例冠心病心力衰竭患者的作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组33例,对照组采用心脉隆治疗,观察组采用温阳益气活血汤配合心脉隆治疗,治疗时间为30 d,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后的血清BNP、hs-CRP、VEGF水平变化,以及治疗后的疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血清BNP、hs-CRP、VEGF的水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的BNP、hs-CRP水平分别为(121.34±28.80) pg/L、(3.13±0.48) mg/L,明显低于对照组的(275.61±68.88) pg/L、(3.55±0.56) mg/L,VEGF水平为(118.81±20.46) ng/L,明显高于对照组的(103.55±18.44) ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气活血汤配合心脉隆治疗冠心病心力衰竭能够降低患者的血清BNP、hs-CRP水平,提高VEGF水平,临床治疗效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Xinmailong in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure and their effects on serum B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods Sixty-six patients with coronary heart disease who underwent treatment at the Affiliated 3201 Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method. The patients (33 cases) in the control group were treated with Xinmailong, and those in the study group were treated with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Xinmailong. The treatment lasted 30 days. The changes of serum BNP, hs-CRP, and VEGF levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, as well as the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%, which was significantly higher than 75.76% of the control group (P.0.05). Before treatment, the serum levels of BNP, hs-CRP and VEGF showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the BNP and hs-CRP levels of the study group were (121.34±28.80) pg/L,(3.13±0.48) mg/L, which was significantly lower than (275.61± 68.88) pg/L,(3.55±0.56) mg/L in the control group. The VEGF level of the study group was (118.81±20.46) ng/L, which was significantly higher than (103.55±18.44) ng/L of the control group (P?0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Xinmailong in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure can reduce serum BNP, hs-CRP levels and increase VEGF levels, and the clinical treatment effect is significant.
