摘要
目的建立疏肝健脾颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定标准。方法采用UPLC-ELSD法,Agilent proshell C 18 色谱柱(2.1×100mm,2.7μm),乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(40∶ 60)为流动相,流速0.2mL·min^-1 ,进样量2μL,柱温35℃,漂移管温度100℃,氮气2.0mL·min^-1 ,增益1;共测定10批疏肝健脾颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 10批样品中,黄芪甲苷的含量在1.236~2.576mg·g ^-1 范围内;结论本研究所用方法快速、准确、高效,能够科学、有针对性地评价疏肝健脾颗粒的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish content determination method of astragaloside A in ShuganJianpi Granule. METHODS Determination was used UPLC-ELSD method,with a Agilent proshell C 18 column (2.1×100mm,2.7μm),and a mobile phase containing acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid (40∶ 60),the flow rate was 0.2mL·min^-1 ,inject volume was 2μL,column temperature was 35℃,drift tube temperature was 100℃,nitrogen flow rate was 2.0mL·min^-1 ,and gain was 1;and 10 batches of the granule was analyzed. RESULTS In 10 batches of samples,contents of astragaloside A were in the range of 1.236~2.576mg·g^-1 . CONCLUSION the method developed in this study was fast,accurate and effective,which can be used for scientific and directive evaluation of ShuGanJianPi Granule′s quality.
