摘要 无机闪烁晶体在我国的发展已经历时六十个春秋,一个又一个闪烁晶体材料被成功开发并作为产品走向国内外市场,如碘化钠、碘化铯、BGO、钨酸铅、钨酸镉、LYSO和溴化镧铈等。当前,推动闪烁晶体发展的动力已经从最初的以核科学和高能物理实验为目标发展到以核医学、安全检测和工业制造为目标。本文着重就几个已经获得实际应用的闪烁晶体材料在研发过程所取得的进展进行追溯和梳理,希望透过前人在面对困难问题时的所思所做,总结出成功的经验或失败的教训,为今后创造出更多更好的新材料、新设备和新工艺寻找启迪和借鉴的途径。 Sixty years have passed since the beginning of the research on the inorganic scintillation crystals in China. Many kinds of scintillation crystals, such as NaI(Tl), BGO, CsI(Tl), PbWO 4, CdWO 4, LYSO as well as La(Ce)Br 3 have been successfully developed and put application on the domestic and foreign markets. Now, the motivation for the research work has transferred from nuclear science and high energy physical experiments to nuclear medicine, security inspection and industrial manufacture. The purpose of this review article is to recall the technical breakthrough achieved during research and developments of above mentioned scintillation crystals. The thinking and methods which the scientists taken when they faced various difficult problems should be investigated so that they can play inspiring and learning role in the future’s researching on the new scintillators, new equipment as well as new technology.
