摘要
食品增味剂在家庭消费、餐饮行业及工业食品加工行业中是必需品,如何较好的平衡产品开发中的市场、技术、成本三个维度,是调味品企业面临的新挑战。食品增味剂模块化理论可以使调味品企业做到既能重视客户的差异化需求,为客户提供定制化服务,又能兼顾大规模标准化生产的规模利益。食品增味剂模块化是调味品企业个性化产品定制与低成本制造的创新模式。本文系统阐述了食品增味剂模块化理论,旨在为高品质、差异化的食品增味剂的研发提供指导。
The food flavor enhancer is particularly important in household consumption,catering industry and industrial food processing enterprises.How to balance the three dimensions of market,technology and cost in product development is a new challenge for flavoring enterprises.The modularization theory of food flavor enhancer can make flavoring enterprises attach importance to both personalized customization,which provide customized products for customers,and the mass standardized production,which can provide scale benefits.Modularization of food flavor enhancer is an innovative mode of personalized product customization and low-cost manufacturing in flavoring enterprises.This paper systematically elaborated the modularization theory of food flavor enhancer,aiming to provide guidance for the development of high quality and differentiated food flavor enhancer.
