摘要
目的:构建掌上医疗数据平台,实现在移动端实时、动态监管医院运营情况,为医院精细化管理提供数据支撑。方法:采用客户机/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)和浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)相结合的模式,在Visual Studio 2010环境下,基于.NET框架,使用C#开发语言、Oracle数据库、Web Service技术设计集成平台服务接口;在App-Can开发平台下,利用Html5、JavaScript、Ajax等技术设计掌上医疗数据App移动终端;通过超文本传输协议(hyper text transfer protocol,HTTP)发布服务接口供移动终端调用,从而实现基于大数据和“互联网+”技术的掌上医疗数据平台。结果:该平台改变了在局域网内对数据进行利用和分析的传统模式,使医院管理者可以不受时间、空间限制实时掌握医院运营状况,得到了医院管理者的一致认可和好评。结论:掌上医疗数据平台提高了医疗数据信息服务能力和医院管理者对医院运行情况的关注度,提升了医院管理效率,推动了医院信息化建设,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Objective To establish a palmtop medical data platform to facilitate mobile and real-time supervision as well as precision management of the hospital. Methods A platform based on big data and Internet+ was developed with combined C/S and B/S architecture, which used Visual Studio 2010,.NET framework, C# language, Oracle database and Web Service technology to design the service interface, applied AppCan development platform, Html5, JavaScript, Ajax and etc to realize the mobile terminal, and utilized HTTP to disseminate the service interface for the mobile terminal. Results The platform reformed the traditional mode for data utilization and analysis in LAN, and made the hospital administrator master the running state of the hospital without any limit of time and space. Conclusion The platform developed enhances the medical data service, the emphasis of the administrator on hospital running, improves hospital management and informatization, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
