摘要
团体心理辅导技能在大学生思想政治教育和学生班队工作中具有不可替代的作用,开展基于学生社团的心理工作需要提升社团成员的团体心理辅导技能。而当前的团体心理辅导课程注重系统知识传授而忽视技能培养,学生学习动力低下、知识体验性不足,难以开展相关的心理实践活动。本文针对这些问题,开展团体心理辅导课程模块化改革,从课程内容、课程实施和课程组织形式三方面进行改革,构建了基于学业考核和实操考核的双维度八指标评价体系,并运用该评价体系对学生应用能力的提升进行了检验和效果分析。初步证明活动设计、活动操作、成员引导和团体领导能力等评价指标经过模块化课程训练得到了有效提升,可以作为学生团体心理辅导技能提升的有效指标。
Group psychological counseling skill plays an indispensable role in the education of ideology and politics,and so it does in the work for student's classes and groups.However,the current group psychological counseling courses focus on systematic knowledge learning but ignores skills training.As a result,students shows a low-level motivation and a deficit in practice experiences,which makes it difficult to carry out relevant group psychological activities.To solve these problems,this study aims to carry out modular course reform for group psychological curriculum,from which begins in three aspects such as curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum organization form.Based on academic and skill assessment,the evaluation system has been constructed in two dimensions and eight indexes,which is used in evaluation and test for improvement of students'application ability.The initial result shows that the evaluation indexes,including activity design,activity operation,group member guidance and group leadership,have been effectively improved through the modular course training.Thus these indexes could be used as an effective index for the student's group counseling skills development.
