摘要
社会经济的持续健康发展离不开充足的能源供应,而作为重要的能源,电能的地位和作用不言而喻。随着社会经济的发展及人们生产生活对于电能需求量的增加,电力基建项目面临着扩展规模的现实需求,期间安全工作就显得格外重要。在电力基建项目当中存在许多安全问题影响到电力系统的安全运行,因而加强电力基建项目安全管理十分必要。本文在分析电力基建项目安全管理必要性的基础上,就安全管理薄弱环节加以讨论,进而就如何提升电力基建项目安全管理工作提出几点措施。
The sustained,healthy and stable development of the social economy is inseparable from sufficient energy supply.As an important energy resource,the status and role of electric energy is self-evident.With the development of social economy and people’s production and life,the demand for electric energy increases,and the power infrastructure projects are also facing the actual needs of expanding scale.Safety work during the period is particularly important.There are many safety problems in the power infrastructure projects,which affect the safe operation of the power system.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of power infrastructure projects.Based on the analysis of the necessity of safety management of power infrastructure projects,this paper analyzes and discusses the weak links of safety management,and then proposes several measures on how to improve the safety management of power infrastructure projects.
