摘要
提出以概率论和数理统计为基础的可靠性设计方法,明确可靠性分析的必要性、其相对于传统安全系数法的优势、可靠性分析的应力-强度干涉模型等。采用该方法设计验证某动车组项目底架设备上的螺栓连接可靠性,通过可靠性分析指出当前设计的不合理之处,为之后的设计工作提供思路;利用可靠性原理发现目前螺栓生产应用中对可靠度影响比较大的关键参数,结果表明摩擦系数的分散度对可靠性的影响最大,其次是材料强度分散度,而螺栓直径和长度尺寸分散度对可靠性的影响较小,基本可以忽略。
This paper proposes a reliability design method based on probability theory and mathematical statistics.It clearly defi nes the necessity of reliability analysis,its advantages over traditional safety factor method and stress-strength interference model of reliability analysis.This method is used to design and verify the reliability of bolt connection on the underframe equipment of an EMU.The improper current design is pointed out through reliability analysis,which provides ideas for the later design work.The key parameters which have great impact on reliability in bolt production and application are identified by using reliability principle.The results show that the dispersion of friction coefficient has the greatest impact on reliability,followed by the strength dispersion of material,while the dispersion of bolt diameter and length size has little infl uence on reliability,which can be neglected.
