摘要
冯树铎先生是陕西乃至西北地区职业教育早期的探索者和实践者。《关于三原工业职业学校的教改问题》是冯树铎先生于1951年初完成的。他认为:职业教育应结合社会需求和学校实际条件确定办学规模(招生人数)、学制层次(一年制、二年制)和专业;应紧密结合专业和学制,设置课程、编写教材;教学过程中应注重理论联系实际,定期安排师生参加实习及社会实践活动。此外,他对学校与政府主管部门的隶属关系以及对学生的德育教育也有自己的看法。时隔68年,再读先生的教改方案,其教育理念不仅对中等职业教育有直接的促进作用,而且也符合高等教育发展方向,具有很好的参考价值和现实意义。
“Educational Reform of Sanyuan Industrial Vocational School”was written by Mr.Feng Shuduo at the beginning of 1951.In his opinion,size of school(enrollment),educational system and level(one-year education or two-year education)as well as majors of vocational education should be set combining social requirement and actual conditions of the school;course setup and textbook compiling should closely relate to major and educational system;during the teaching process,linking theory with practice should be paid attention to,while internship as well as social practice activities should be regularly arranged for teachers and students.In addition,he also held thoughts on system of administering between school and government authorities,as well as students'moral education.Mr.Feng's educational concept could not only directly promote secondary vocational education,but also conform to developing direction of higher education.His educational reform is of great reference value and practical significance.
