摘要
指挥中心在维护公共安全和处置突发公共事件,联合协同公安、交警、城管等政府部门的指挥与调度中发挥着重要作用。指挥中心作为统一平台,需要对大量数据资源进行收集及共享、动态更新,以利于综合决策。大数据指挥中心是高度集成的综合管理平台,在项目的建设实施过程中,需要进行精细化管理,综合利用各专业知识。本文从建筑基础设施,装修要点和软硬件系统方面对指挥中心的建设实施要求进行探讨,分析在建设过程中产生的常见问题并提出解决方案。
The command center plays an important role in maintaining public safety and dealing with public emergencies,and in the joint coordination of command and dispatch of public security,traffic police,urban management and other government departments.As a unified platform,command center needs to collect and share a large number of data resources,and update them dynamically to facilitate comprehensive decision-making.Big Data Command Center is a highly integrated management platform.In the process of project construction and implementation,it is necessary to refine management and make comprehensive use of various professional knowledge.Tliis paper discusses the construction process of the command center from the aspects of building infrastructure,decoration points and hardware and software facilities,and analyses the common problems and solutions in the construction process.
