摘要
通过解读国家能源局及相关部委下发的有关分散式风电的文件,分析了分散式风电的开发及发展情况,阐述了分散式风电的运行对配电网的影响,重点研究了分散式风电的规划建设,并提出相关建议。
By interpreting the documents on distributed wind power issued by the National Energy Administration and relevant ministries and commissions, this paper analyzes the exploitation and development of distributed wind power, expounds the influence of the operation of distributed wind power on distribution network, studies the planning construction of distributed wind power, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
