摘要
如何教创业是近年来国内外创新创业教育领域讨论的热点问题,其中,基于体验式学习理论的体验式教学法逐渐成为一个重要趋势。加州理工州立大学在体验式教学方面具有长期传统和广泛声誉。基于此,采用参与观察、深度访谈等多种调研方法,针对该校的3门创业课程展开为期1年的跟踪研究。经过归纳和提炼,总结出其"三个核心+五个支撑点"的教学法,在此基础上探讨了将体验式教学用于国内创业课程设计的一些思考,以期为国内同行提供实践建议。
It has been a hot topic in recent years as to how to teach innovation and entrepreneurship, and a pedagogy based on experiential learning theory has received more attention. This paper analyzed the entrepreneurship courses design and practice at California Polytechnic State University who has long tradition of learn-by-doing, summarized the experiences as a strategy of Three Cores+Five Supports, and proposed some thoughts on entrepreneurship course design for reference.
