基于Box-Behnken设计的航空铝合金侧铣加工参数优化

Side Milling Parameters Optimization of Aviation Aluminum Alloy Based on Box-Behnken Design

摘要 采用Box-Behnken设计研究了侧铣航空铝合金Al7075切削速度、进给量、径向切深和它们之间的交互作用对切削力的影响,建立了切削力的预测模型,以最小切削力为目标优化了加工参数。结果表明:切削力预测模型显著性高;推荐的主轴转速的范围8000~12000 r/min,进给量0.05 mm/z,轴向切深5~6 mm。 Box-Behnken design is used to study the influence and interaction of cutting speed, feed rate, radial depth of cut on cutting force in side milling of aviation aluminum alloy Al7075. The prediction model of cutting force is established. And, the cutting parameters are optimized with the minimum cutting force as the objective. Under the consideration of the cutting force affecting the thin wall deformation, the recommended spindle speed range is 8000~ 12000 r/min, the feed rate is 0.05 mm/z and the axial cutting depth is 5~6 mm.
