摘要
教育制度与教育文化具有相对差异性,突出表现在自由与秩序取向、理性与人性侧重、主体与工具抉择、计划与变化博弈等方面。在教育实践中,理性教育面临由保护到侵犯、从动态到静态、从适时到过时的现实问题,人文教育也在一定程度上存在物质主义、传统思潮、层级管理、机械思维的倾向性风险。推动理性教育制度与人性教育文化的融合发展,应当优化制度结构,从个体分析、文化制度、多方平衡、秩序约定入手,打造制度性文化,同时大力培育教育精神,坚持公平方向、结果导向、教育精神、容错原则、社会实践,构建人文性制度。
Educational system and educational culture are relatively different from each other,specifically in such aspects as the orientation of freedom or order,the focus on rationality or humanism,the choice between subject and instrument,and the struggle between plan and change.In the educational practice,reasonable education is faced with the actual problems of change from protection to invasion,and from dynamics to statics,and from timeliness to outdatedness.And there also exist in the humanistic education the tendentious risks of materialism,traditional trend of thoughts,stratified management,and mechanic thinking.To promote the integrated development of reasonable educational system and humanistic educational culture,we should optimize the institutional structure and to build the institutional culture through the individual analysis,the cultural system,the balance in every way and the order contract.Besides,we should also cultivate the educational spirit vigorously and construct the humanistic system by adhering to the equality,result-orientedness,educational spirit,allowance for making mistakes and social practice.
