摘要
本试验旨在研究不同类型玉米青贮的粗饲料组合对西门塔尔杂交肉牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取180头西门塔尔杂交肉牛[体重(420±40) kg],随机分为4组:A组饲喂甜玉米秸秆青贮+花生秧;B组饲喂普通玉米秸秆青贮+花生秧、C组饲喂全株玉米青贮+花生秧;D组饲喂全株玉米青贮+花生秧+麦秸,预试期15 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1) C组平均日增重显著高于B组(P<0.05),A、D组平均日增重显著高于B组(P<0.05);C组平均日采食量较其余3组高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各组料重比以C组最低,显著低于B组(P<0.05),而A、D组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2) C组干物质、中性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和总能表观消化率均显著高于B组(P<0.05),A组酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较C组高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。3) B、C组血清白蛋白/球蛋白显著高于A组(P <0.05),A、B组血清游离脂肪酸含量显著高于C、D组(P<0.05),B组血清乳酸脱氢酶活性显著高于C、D组(P<0.05)。综上所述,肉牛饲喂全株玉米青贮可以显著提高饲粮消化率,降低料重比;甜玉米秸秆青贮比普通玉米秸秆青贮能够提高饲粮消化率;以麦秸代替部分全株玉米青贮的饲喂效果较全株玉米青贮差。
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of roughage combination of different types of corn silage on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of Simmental crossbred cattle. A total of 180 healthy Simmental crossbred cattle[(420±40) kg] were randomly divided into 4 groups that were fed different rations:group A (sweet corn straw silage+peanut seedling), group B (corn straw silage+peanut seedling), group C (whole silage corn +peanut seedling) and group D (whole silage corn+peanut seedling+wheat straw), respectively. The experiment period included a pre-trial period of 15 days and a trial period of 90 days. The results showed as follows:1) the average daily gain in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05), that in groups A and D was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05);average daily feed intake in group C was higher than that in other groups, but had no significant difference (P>0.05);feed/gain in group C was the lowest, and was significantly lower than that in group B (P<0.05), bud had no significant difference with groups A and D (P>0.05).2) The apparent digestibilities of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber, crude protein, ether extract and total energy in group C were significantly higher than those in group B (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in group A was significantly higher than that in group C, but no significant difference (P>0.05). 3) The serum globulin/albumin in groups B and C was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05), and the content of serum free fatty acids in groups A and B was significantly higher than that in groups C and D (P<0.05). The activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase in group B was significantly higher than that in groups C and D (P<0.05). In conclusion, this experiment shows that feeding whole corn silage can significantly improve the digestibility of feed and reduce the feed/gain of beef cattle. Feeding sweet corn stalk silage can improve the digestibility of feed than corn straw silage;the feeding effect of wheat straw instead of whole corn silage is worse than that of whole corn silage.
