摘要
本试验旨在研究复合鲜味剂(FE)和植物提取甜味剂(SEP)诱食效果的增强作用。试验分为2个部分:1)偏食性试验。将48头24日龄断奶的大白仔猪随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头猪。试验期5 d。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg FE(FE组)、基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg SEP(SEP组)、基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg糖精钠(SS)(SS组)、基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg SEP+0.2 g/kg FE(SEP+FE组)。2)生长试验。选取遗传背景和生理状况相近的20头母猪所产的体况良好、体重相近的仔猪200头(每头母猪选10头仔猪),随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验期35 d。饲粮和分组同偏食性试验。结果表明:1)断奶仔猪对SEP+FE组饲粮的偏好性和偏食指数显著高于FE和SEP组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,SEP和SEP+FE组平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05);SEP、SEP+FE和FE组末体重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);SEP+FE组料重比显著降低(P<0.05);SEP、SEP+FE和FE组腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05);SS组的死亡率显著高于除SEP组外的其他组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,SEP和SEP+FE组血清饥饿素含量显著提高(P<0.05);PFS+FE、SEP组血清皮质醇含量和二胺氧化酶活性显著降低(P <0.05);SEP、SEP+FE和FE组血清D-乳酸含量显著降低(P <0.05)。综上,断奶仔猪饲粮中单独添加SEP和FE及二者共同添加均可提高仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量,同时降低料重比和腹泻率,从而改善断奶仔猪的生长性能,即0.2 g/kg FE和0. 2 g/kg SEP联合使用的效果最好。
This study was conducted to study the attractant effect of flavor enhancer (FE) and sweeteners extracted from plants (SEP) on weaned piglets. The experiment consisted of two parts:1) fodder preference experiment. Forty-eight piglets aged at 24 days of age were used in test. These piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group had 4 replicates, and there were 3 piglets in each replicate. The test lasted for 5 d. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the experimental groups were fed the basal diet+0.2 g/kg FE (FE group), the basal diet+0.2 g/kg SEP (SEP group), the basal diet+0.2 g/kg saccharin sodium (SS group) and the basal diet+0.2 g/kg SEP+0.2g/kg FE (SEP+ FE group), respectively. 2) Growth experiment. A total of 200 piglets with similar body weight and from 20 sows with the same genetic background and physiological condition (10 piglets from 1 sow) were selected in this test. These piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group has 4 replicates, and in each replicate there are 10 piglets. The test lasted for 35 d. The diets and groups in this part were the same as fodder preference experiment. Results showed as follows:1) the fodder preference and partial eclipse index of weaned piglets in SEP+FEA group were significantly higher than those in EF and SEP groups (P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake in SEP and SEP+FE groups increased significantly (P<0.05);the final body weight and average daily gain in SEP, SEP+FE and FE groups increased significantly (P<0.05);the feed/gain in SEP+FE group reduced significantly (P<0.05);the diarrhea rate in SEP, SEP+FE and FE groups reduced significantly (P<0.05);the mortality rate in SS group was significantly higher than that in other groups except SEP group (P<0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, the serum ghrelin content in FE+SEP and SEP groups increased significantly (P<0.05);the serum cortisol content and diamine oxidase activity in FE+SEP and SEP groups reduced significantly (P<0.05);serum D-lactic acid content in SEP, SEP+FE and FE groups reduced significantly (P<0.05). In conclusion, the diets added with SEP and FE can increase the average daily feed intake and average daily gain, and reduce feed/gain and diarrhea rate, and then improve the growth performance. The effects of the combination of 0.2 g/kg SEP and 0.2 g/kg FE in diets of weaned piglets are better.
