摘要
急性心肌梗死是一种由冠状动脉粥样硬化引起心肌缺氧缺血所致的心血管疾病,不仅会对患者心脏功能造成严重的影响,若不及时进行治疗还易导致患者死亡。他汀类药物是目前临床治疗急性心肌梗死的常用方案,他汀类药物不仅具有显著的降脂功效,同时其还具有改善血管内皮功能、保护心肌细胞、抑制炎性反应、抗氧化和抗血栓以及预防动脉血管的粥样硬化等作用,因此,其在控制急性心肌梗死疾病发生和改善患者病情发展均有良好的应用效果。本文主要简述了急性心肌梗死的发病机制和他汀类药物的组成,再介绍了几种常用他汀类药物在治疗急性心肌梗死中的临床应用效果,以期能促进他汀类药物得到更加广泛的应用。
Acute myocardial infarction was a cardiovascular disease caused by myocardial hypoxia-ischemia caused by coronary atherosclerosis,which not only had a serious impact on the patient's cardiac function,but also lead to death if not treated in time.Statins were currently used in clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Statins not only had significant lipid-lowering effects, but also improved endothelial function,protect cardiomyocytes,inhibited inflammatory reactions,anti-oxidation and anti-thrombosis,and prevent move The role of vascular atherosclerosis,etc,therefore,it had a good application effect in controlling the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction disease and improving the development of patients'condition.This article mainly described the pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction and the composition of statins,and then introduced the clinical application of several commonly used statins in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,in order to promote the wider application of statins.
