摘要 结合目前热熔型非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料存在的不足,通过合理选材及优化配方制得了一种可以常温冷施工的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,并对其常温黏度、耐热性、粘结性能、阻燃性等关键性能进行了优化探讨,最终将其成功应用于防水工程中,验证了冷涂型非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的可行性和实用性。 Combining the deficiencies of current hot-melt non-curable rubber modified asphalt coating for waterproofing,a kind of non-curable rubber modified asphalt coating for waterproofing,which can be applied at normal temperature,is produced through reasonable material selection and formula optimization.After discussions and optimizations of its viscosity at room temperature,heat resistance,bond performance,flame retardance and other key properties,the coating is finally employed in waterproofing works with success.The feasibility and practicability of cold-applied non-curable rubber modified asphalt coating for waterproofing is verified.
