摘要
面对当前扶贫攻坚以及即将到来的2020后扶贫时代,构建一个更加适应环境需求,更加有效,更加稳定持续的贫困治理体系迫在眉睫。在这一背景下,该文提出构建集共生、共建、共享为一体的反贫困命运共同体的理念,以确保实现可持续减贫,给出了反贫困命运共同体相关概念的内涵外延,论证了反贫困命运共同体系统特性,并就如何构建反贫困命运共同体进行了探讨,并对反贫困命运共同体机制设计及目前重点等进行了阐释。
In the face of the current poverty alleviation and the upcoming post-2020 poverty alleviation era, it is extremely urgent to build a more adaptable, more effective, more stable and sustainable poverty management system. In this context, this paper puts forward the idea of building an anti-poverty community that integrates symbiosis, co-construction and sharing to ensure sustainable poverty reduction. The paper gives the connotation and extension of the concept related to the community of anti-poverty destiny, demonstrates the characteristics of the anti-poverty community, discusses how to build anti-poverty destiny community, and explains the design and current focus of anti-poverty destiny community.
