多模态磁共振成像在椎间盘源性下腰痛中的研究 被引量:6

摘要 椎间盘源性下腰痛是指由椎间盘内各种病变(如退行性改变、终板损伤等)刺激椎间盘内疼痛感受器所引起的腰痛。目前对下腰痛的诊断评估仍缺乏有效的方法。多模态磁共振成像技术可以通过检测疼痛引起的脑组织微观结构的改变,无创伤性评估疼痛引起的临床表现,为临床干预提供更有价值的信息。本文就脑多模态磁共振成像在椎间盘源性下腰痛的研究进展给予综述。 Discogenic low back pain (DLBP) refers to as the low back pain caused by intervertebral disc pain receptors stimulated by various lesions in the intervertebral disc (such as degeneration and end-plate damage). Currently, there is still no effective method for the diagnosis of low back pain. Multimodal magnetic resonance imaging can provide more valuable information for clinical intervention by detecting the changes of brain caused by pain, assessing the clinical manifestation caused by pain noninvasively. This review summarizes the multimodal magnetic resonance imaging in the study of discogenic low back pain.
