摘要
目的探讨基于知信行模式的健康教育路径在支原体肺炎患儿家长中的应用。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月在本院接受治疗的157例支原体肺炎患儿及其家长为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组78例和试验组79例,对照组患儿家长采用常规健康教育,试验组患儿家长采用基于知信行模式的健康教育路径护理。比较两组患儿家长接受健康教育后对小儿支原体肺炎的认知程度、患儿临床疗效和患儿症状改善时间。结果试验组患儿家长对小儿支原体肺炎相关知识的认知度评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的症状改善时间明显早于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行模式的健康教育路径应用于支原体肺炎患儿家长中,可明显提升家长对疾病的认知度,从而提高患儿的临床疗效,改善临床症状。
Objective To explore the application of health education pathway based on the knowledge,attitude and practice model in parents of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods To select 157 cases of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia and their parents who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into the control group( 78 cases) and the experimental group( 79 cases).Routine health education was used in the children’s parents of the control group,parents of children in the experimental group were adopted a health education pathway care based on the knowledge,attitude and practice model.After the parents of children in the two group were received health education,the degree of cognition of pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia,the clinical efficacy of the child and the improvement time of the symptoms of the child were compared.Results Parents of children in the experimental group had significantly higher recognition scores for knowledge of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia than them of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The clinical efficacy in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The improvement time of the symptoms in the experimental group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion The health education pathway based on the knowledge,attitude and practice model was applied in parents of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia,which could significantly improve parents’ awareness of the disease,thereby improving the clinical efficacy and improving clinical symptoms.
