Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway under family obstetric monitoring mode on growth and development intolerance in low birth weight infants. Methods To select 60 cases of patients with low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October2018 as a study objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was received routine nursing. The clinical nursing pathway was given under the family obstetric monitoring mode in the observation group. The growth and development indices and feeding intolerance of the newborns in two group were compared. Results The growth and development indices in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P < 0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance of the newborns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway under family obstetric monitoring mode in low birth weight infants could promote their growth and development and improve feeding intolerance.
